    There are so many answers to this discussion, but I'll share just one that I've been thinking about lately. In our first few years of business, I kept reading "do what you love." It seemed like every entrepreneur who was interviewed would say something like this. I thought it was an impractical way to advise success.
    Recently, though, I've realized that doing what you love really is the key (for us, at least) because being an entrepreneur is so much work. If I didn't love what I'm doing, I wouldn't be innovative. I wouldn't work at all hours. I wouldn't strive for growth and make connections. And then I would give up.
