ShipStation is in the process of moving the user community forum over to help.shipstation.com so that it is integrated directly with our help center! I printed out a pick list this morning and it called for two of a specific item. However, I have only one order for this item and the customer only ordered one. Either there is a second order that I am somehow missing or the pick list is incorrect. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
