Shipstation Not Communicating with BigCommerce

When we try to upload the tracking information into the orders on BigCommerce, it isn't uploading, therefore leaving the order status as still awaiting fulfillment in BigCommerce. Please get back to me regarding why this is & how this can be fixed. Thank you.
