Using Shipstation for MultiChannel FBA fullfillment

I am having the most difficult time sending orders to Amazon FBA. I keep getting a "seller not set up for basic fulfillment error". I contacted Ship station, who said.. Call Amazon. I contacted Amazon who said.. Call Ship station, the error is on their side. Shipstation is able to sync the inventory count appropriately between Amazon... so why can I send the order for fulfillment? Thanks for the help

    I actually figured this one out. Turns out my Merchant ID was incorrect. I had Amazon"s Sandbox view selected instead of Amazon.com. When I retrieved the appropriate information from MWS, and pasted it into ShipStation it worked like a charm.
