Orders have been shipped, but not showing any batch number

I have a batch of orders that was processed. On amazon it was not updated with tracking so it is still marked as unshipped.. The biggest problem is that when searching in ShipStation for these orders, they are marked shipped but there is no batch number associated with them, so I can not update the shipping status and tracking on Amazon, only maybe one by one.
