When placing an order on hold, can you input why the order was placed on hold?

Multiple access Shipstation to produce shipping labels. On occasion, someone will place an order on hold and none of the other users know why it was on hold. Is there a way to input information as to why the order is on hold? And a way for another user to see why it's on hold?

    I would apply a tag to the order with an explanation (ie. on backorder) or add an memo within the order notes signed off with initials.
