Branded Tracking Page help? Activated it, now what?

Hi. I like the branded tracking page. I have set my stores up, but how do I share the link with my customer once I ship their item?

    Hi Nicholas,

    The Branded tracking links are generated via the Shipment Notification emails that ShipStation sends out once you've shipped your orders.

    This means that currently the only way to share that link is to have ShipStation generate the Shipment Notification email for you, and the link itself will go out to your customer directly. It is not possible to generate the link elsewhere without the notification email itself.
