An Error Has Occurred

I can't print a label (from USA to Russia) because of this error, see below. The address seems to be filled out properly.

"An Error Has Occurred
First and Last Name, with two characters each, or a Company Name is required for both Sender and Recipient."

    At this time, Stamps.com does not support shipping labels being printed in Cyrillic characters. All shipping labels will need to be created using roman characters and arabic numerals, per article 122.1 sectionD of the USPS international mailing manual: http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immc1_008.htm

    You’ll need to translate the address to use these characters in order to generate the USPS shipping label in ShipStation.
