USPS First Class International Tracking Info....not sending to customers

Hi there!

Some International tracking information is being sent to my customers and some aren't. They receive the email with no hyperlink. I check my Marketplace and it shows Shipstation fulfilled the order but no tracking number was sent. I have to manually do enter in the tracking number. Like I said before....Sometimes ship station notifies my marketplace and sends an email with the tracking number hyperlink and sometimes not. Is anyone else having this problem? Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to fix this?? TIA
