I predominantly use USPS Priority Mail to ship my products and find that some of my customers request a return or an exchange but never send the product, perhaps because they changed their mind. Sometimes we manually go in and cancel the labels after a certain period of time but this is quite frustrating and can often go overlooked.
Is there a way to automatically cancel USPS labels after a certain period of time?
What about for FedEx or UPS?
Any other suggestions are also welcome.
