ShipStation integration specialist

Hi, I work as a Solution Specialist at Maurisource. We did create a few integrations for ShipStation and Magento. (Such as using ShipStation as shipping method.)

Ask me anything I'll be happy to answer all your questions.

Could you help me troubleshoot why I am unable to print? Last night I was printing a shipping label and accidentally unplugged the usb while the printer was working. It stalled the print and hasn't worked since. I got a message today saying something like "unable to download to shipstation connect".

My goal is to create a workflow where the ShipStation users will be able to weight items and adjust prices accordingly, then trigger the invoicing and payment capture in Magento from ShipStation...
