Tagging orders that have a different billing & shipping address

Hi All,

We have noticed that the majority of our chargebacks come from people requesting upgraded shipping, as in 2-Day or Overnight shipping and having a different billing address from their shipping address. I am rac king my brain and cannot figure out how to use filters or automation rules to flag these orders for me. Any ideas?
