Charged for creating a TEST label

I have already opened a support case for this, but I thought I would warn people about this.

I don't think you're supposed to be charged for creating test labels, but I certainly was. I don't know if it's some sort of bug, but I wanted to let you guys know that this can happen.

    Hey @Chris@37EF7!

I'm sure Support will be able to go more in depth for you but I wanted to let you know that even if you are creating just a test label, you need to have enough of a postage balance to cover the postage for that theoretical label. So if your postage balance for that provider is $0.00 but the label (when actually created) will be $3.06, the postage provider will charge the minimum purchase amount (usually $10) so the funds can cover everything.

I do see that Robert, one of our Support Specialists, has responded to your ticket so if you have any further questions, just let him know!
