Express1 has no way to update payment information; stuck

Sorry but this link https://shipstation.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1002855 doesn't help because ShipStation's supposed link to login to Express1 simply links back to ShipStation via this link https://ss4.shipstation.com/#/settings/providers. And if I go to Express1's website, there is no login page and no link to update my card. So there's currently no way because I'm not able to find a login page for Express1. Help!

    Sorry, you are having some issues updating your payment information for Express 1 in ShipStation. Is there a support ticket/case number you can provide me? I can have one of our developers look into what is causing the issue when you click on that link in the provider setup in ShipStation.
