I don't have Live Chat Oprtion

The plan I chose it Platinum, it should ahve Live Chat Support. But when I login my accont, there is no Live Chat. What I need to do to have this option.

    Hi Lillian,

    To clarify, our chat support isn't available on the weekends, but you can reach our support team via chat from 8am-8pm (Central Time) Monday - Friday. During those times you should be able to see the "Chat with Support" link by clicking the question mark icon on the top right in ShipStation.

    The live chat option was available only in fist few days after I sign up. After that it disappeared, on WEEKDAYS. It is not even under the "question mark". For some reason these guys don't want us to contact them, or it feels like that. No phone support at all. Horrible service..... And we are in 21st century!

    Hey Vahram,

    I apologize that you are having some troubles trying to get into our LiveChat. I found your account in our system and it looks like you are currently on a Bronze plan with us. As it turns out, LiveChat is only a part of our Silver plans and above. We do offer LiveChat in the first 30 days or during your Trial plan period which is why you were able to utilize that support option earlier.

    If you would like to use the LiveChat support feature, you will have to upgrade your subscription. You can find more details about our plan levels here: http://www.shipstation.com/pricing/
