Who out there provides special treatment to repeat customers? (Filter Needed)

I represent a small business that has very high standards for customer service. We ship packages differently based on if the customer has ordered from us before. Services we add include complimentary gift wrapping, a different version of our gift box, a different catalog, and expedited shipping. While the "mouse-over-the-recipient-name" is fine and good, it would be many times more efficient to be able to filter/tag based on customers who's number of "Orders to-date" are greater than 1. This would also give the ability of our company to create a rewards program to include free gifts in a customers 10th order, etc.
