We have been trying to get help for three days. Intermittently our labels are printing out as in the attached PDF. "Support" is saying it's a FedEx problem but that seems impossible since it happens right from the preview screen in ShipStation. For each order that does this, ee have to void, re-generate the orders, log into our ERP to redo the tracking number and log into Ebay or Amazon to correct the tracking numbers - hugely time-consuming. I tried calling but the phone message says to send an email to email@example.com which - you guessed it - bounces back as an invalid address. Why on earth is that on the recorded message then?
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?
