All meters in the pool are in use or there isn't a meter in the pool with adequate balance to service request. Account exception Exception with code 0x00000451; module 0, category 4, item 81
I see chat support has been turned off, but we need an ETA. There are shipments that have to go out today.
I am printing a shipping label from Shipstation to my Dymo LabelWriter 4XL. I get the PDF screen but the label is sideways and only at the top of the label. When printed it is coming out 2x3" sideways at the top of my 4x6" label. I have walked through changing in both locations to be sure my system is set for the 1744907 4" x 6" shipping label. Please help, this order was to go out yesterday and we couldnt figure it out.
I can't print labels and get an error message that says all meters are in use or meter in use. Help!
Any one know what to do when trying to create a ship label/batch of labels and it says "meters in the pool are in use". Ship Station is not allowing me to create the ship label.
Wondering if this can be accomplished? It may sound silly but we can have a scenario where a customer would like to return an item for an exchange (they made a mistake on an order) and will pay for the shipping it back. Before they can ship it out, we have to generate an RMA# for the return - tracking and processing purposes. And later when it gets to use we send them an exchange for free of charge.
This scenario doesn't seem viable in Shipstation today - to generate a return with simple RMA# and no label. It may not have a direct value for a shipping service provider but I think it has a value for order and inventory management.
I'd like to have a little number off in the corner of the packing slip that would either tell us how many times the customer has ordered or (even better) the dollar amount they've ordered. I know shipstation has that data but I haven't found a way to include that. Anybody know a way?
